Du solltest ein Kochbuch heraus bringen. Vielleicht nicht wegen den Rezepten (kann ich – NOCH – nicht beurteilen :-), aber auf jeden Fall wegen den tollen Fotos.

    Mjammi……!

    Schönes Wochenende!

Yummy! I would like an English translation if you feel like. I really like things with plum in them.

Do some of those plums have green flesh? We don't have those ones. I think they are beautiful.

OK, here we go…i tried my very best! i am sorry for the gramms but i am just not used to ounces…
writing a recipe in english seems like a scientifical essay to me! ;)

    750 g of plums
    250 g plus of flour
    75 g + 125 g of sugar
    2 packages (à 5 g) of bourbon vanilla sugar
    1 pinch of salt
    2 tablespoons of ground almonds
    5 eggs
    125 g of cold butter
    1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
    250g of pure sour cream
    1 package of instant vanillapudding
(the one that is usually to be cooked in half a litre of milk!)
    cinnamon & sugar to sprinkle

    1) mix 250 g flour, 75 g sugar, 1 package of vanilla sugar, salt, almonds, 1 egg and the butter (cutted in small pieces) with the dough hook of your kitchen machine… then knead with your hands. let the dough cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

    2) wash the plums, pit them and cut in quarter pieces. rub the tarte baking pan with some butter and dust it with a bit of flour afterwards. roll out the dough and put it into the pan. take a fork and pierce the dough a few times then sprinkle some breadcrumbs over it.

    3) cover the dough with the plums.

    4) mix 125 g of sugar, the second package of vanilla sugar, the sour cream, 4 eggs and the instant vanillapudding powder. pour it over the plums.

    5) bake the tarte in the pre-heated oven for about 50-60 minutes at 200° celsius. put it in a more lower position of the oven!

    6) sprinkle with some cinnamon & sugar mix when finished.

    ENJOY! :)
